What we make

Seven categories, any fabric you name.

We are not tied to one mill, so we are not tied to one fabric. Every category below is made to your pattern, your trims and your label — or we will help you develop the pattern if you are starting from a photo.

The factory

Thirty-five years of other people's labels.

Mumora Productions runs eight production lines across Lahore and Faisalabad, turning out around 60,000 pieces a month between the two floors. We have been doing this for 35 years, almost entirely for other people's brands — which is why you have probably worn something we made without knowing it.

We do not own a mill, and that is deliberate. It means we can go to whichever mill in Pakistan has the right fabric at the right price for your job, rather than pushing you toward the one thing we happen to weave. Cotton fleece from one supplier, linen from another, denim from Faisalabad down the road.

Come and see the lines before you place an order. Any working day, no appointment needed.

You are welcome on the floor. Most of our long-standing customers started with a small first run, watched how it came back, and grew from there — and that is still the easiest way to find out whether we are the right factory for you.

The difference

Most factories go quiet after the deposit.

We have been on the other side of that as a supplier for 35 years, and we know exactly which parts of sourcing make people nervous. Here is how working with us differs from the version most buyers have already lived through.

What buyers usually get

  • 300–500 piece minimums — testing a style means gambling your cash flow
  • Long lead times, and silence in between
  • An agent's markup sitting on top of the factory price
  • No QC visibility — the first time you see it is when the box opens
  • Messages ignored until something has already gone wrong
  • A factory you will never see, in a city you cannot name

What you get here

  • 50 pieces per style and colour — test a style without betting the season on it
  • Two to four weeks in bulk, with photos at each stage
  • Direct factory pricing. You are talking to the people who own the machines
  • Inline and final inspection, with a measurement audit and photo report before it ships
  • WhatsApp on Pakistani and U.S. numbers — a person, not a ticket queue
  • Come and walk the floor in Lahore or Faisalabad any working day

Ways to work with us

Three ways in, depending on where you are.

Every brand starts somewhere. Which one fits depends on your volume and how much you need from us — and you can move between them as you grow.

First run

50–150 pieces

Testing a style or launching a first drop

  • Start from a photo, a sample or a rough sketch — no tech pack needed
  • We source the fabric and send swatches before anything is cut
  • Pre-production sample approved by you before bulk
  • Full QC with a photo report before dispatch

You are here if you have not produced before, or you are trying a category you have never made.

Season programme

150–500 pieces

Running repeat drops through the year

  • Two to six styles a season, planned ahead
  • Reorders on proven styles skip re-sampling
  • Better pricing as quantities grow across the season
  • One point of contact who already knows your fits and labels

You are here if the product is proven and you are producing a few times a year.

Full programme

500+ pieces

Wholesale, retail and export volume

  • Multi-category production — knits, wovens, linen and denim on one order
  • Product development from concept, including pattern and fit development
  • Private label end to end: labels, tags, polybags, packed to your spec
  • Export documentation and cartons marked to your routing guide

You are here if you are supplying wholesale or retail, or exporting in volume.

Talk to us

Not sure which one you are? Message us with what you are making and roughly how many — we will tell you straight.

Already have a factory for your other categories?

No conflict. Plenty of our customers keep their existing supplier and come to us for the category that supplier cannot run — a fleece drop, a linen capsule, a denim style. We are not trying to take over your production, just fill the gap in it.

How it works

From a photo on your phone to packed cartons.

Six steps. You approve the sample before we cut a single metre of bulk fabric.

  1. Send the design

A tech pack, a sample garment, or a photo with your notes. All three work.

  2. Fabric & price

We source options, send you swatches, and quote against your quantity.

  3. Sample

Pattern, proto and fit sample. You approve fit and finish in writing.

  4. Bulk stitching

Cutting, stitching and finishing on our lines, checked inline against your spec.

  5. Final check

Measurement audit and final inspection. Photos and video sent for approval.

  6. Packed & sent

Labelled, tagged, polybagged and delivered nationwide — or collect from the factory.

Step three is the one that matters

We always start with a sample.

Nothing goes to bulk until you have held the sample and approved the fit in writing. You feel the fabric, check the stitching and confirm the measurements — then we cut. Sampling takes one to two weeks depending on the garment.

  1. Send your briefA photo, a reference garment, a sketch or a tech pack. No tech pack? We build the spec with you.
  2. We make the sampleWe source the fabric, send you swatches, then make and ship the sample — exact fabric, exact spec.
  3. Approve, then bulkHappy with it, we start production. Not happy, we revise it and send another.

Common questions

What buyers ask us first.

If your question is not here, message us and we will answer it plainly.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimums start at 50 pieces per style and colour for hoodies, linen shirts, linen trousers and cotton-linen, and 100 pieces for t-shirts, polos and denim. There is no separate whole-order minimum on top of that. For a first order or a test run we will usually go lower — it is worth asking.

Can you make a garment from just a photo, without a tech pack?

Yes. Most of our customers start with a photo, a reference garment, or a sample they want copied and adjusted. We develop the pattern from there and send you a sample to approve. A tech pack speeds things up and removes guesswork, but it is not a requirement.

Do you work with new brands and first-time buyers?

Yes. Our minimums are low specifically so a new label can place a real order without committing to bulk. Most long-standing customers started with one style in one or two colours and grew from there.

How long does an order take?

Sampling typically runs one to two weeks depending on the garment, and bulk production usually takes two to four weeks after you approve the sample. Denim takes longer because of the wash. We confirm dates against your quantity before you commit.

Can you supply certified or sustainable yarn?

Yes. We can source OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified yarns, and recycled polyester, nylon and cotton, on request. The certificate is issued by the yarn mill rather than by us, and we pass it to you with the order. Tell us at quoting stage, because certified yarn affects both price and lead time.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, and we would rather you did. We have floors in Lahore and Faisalabad and you are welcome on any working day — walk the lines, look at the stitching and approve samples in person. If you cannot travel, we will do a live video walk-through instead.

Do you only supply within Pakistan?

No — we ship worldwide. Within Pakistan we deliver nationwide or you can collect from the factory. For export we ship by sea or air on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with the shipment. Tell us the destination and we quote the freight alongside the garments.

Should I use pure linen or a cotton-linen blend for a summer range?

Pure linen breathes best and has the texture customers associate with premium summer clothing, but it creases and costs more. A cotton-linen blend creases less, feels softer immediately and lands at a lower price, at some cost to texture. If you are unsure, we will make one style in both so you can compare.

What are your payment terms?

An advance to begin production and the balance before dispatch. We confirm the exact split in writing with your quote.
